Yes I agree. But if I'm Yagi I would try and restructure the deal to make it more beneficial for both parties (unless GERS has total control over the situation and we just dont know it yet), like maybe extend the timeline a little further and make some extra $$$ for doing so. And you would think they (or some of their staff) would be interested in owning GERS, knowing what they have here. Surely they see the same numbers everyone else does. Why not make one final adjustment for the greater good? JMO, but of course YAGI may not even be an issue anymore.
