QUESTION

Congratulations on your recent accomplishments. My hope is that we can get the big push we need from a nice order from the GSA. Is it possible that we could hear such news by Christmas? Thank You. Long and strong

ANSWER

There are two primary ways in which we will be doing business through the GSA client agencies (i.e. the government departments). The first is online sales through portals like GSA Advantage. Typically, these will be smaller orders, say $9 – $3,000, for example. The second is through special orders for larger predicted requirements. I will give you an example of the second type, without revealing inappropriate details. We are working on the preparation of our bid for this, over the weekend, as the closing date for submissions is Monday.
Branch of the military
General Purpose Cleaner
Product should be a concentrate, packaged in 1 gallon bottles, combined in cases of 4
Should be mixable with water to a prescribed ratio
Should be safe to use manually, or to be used with mechanicals (such as floor washer)
Should not contain specified undesirable ingredients
Must have specified range of pH and other technical attributes
A range of qualifying administrative requirements
Must be available within specified number of days following each order, expected to number approximately 20 shipments over one year
Probable value of the requirements for this bid, as per the proposal that we are putting forward, is approximately $190,000

Our team assessment is that 1000+ is a perfect fit. We will complete the customer agency’s (32 page) Request for Quotation, letter perfect, on time. That’s something that we have control over. We have no control whatsoever over subsequent processing. Accordingly, we have equipped ourselves with the internal core competency to respond to suitable opportunities in a crisp, accurate, timely manner and intend to keep at it until, eventually, one is approved. Then we intend to earn the satisfaction of our customer(s) through consistent, professional interfacing and customer service. Then we intend to share this success with other client agencies, all the while keeping up with the applications that are suitable, seeking them out by various means, treating each one as if it is the most important in the world. Focus, excellence, consistency. In my opinion, these are qualities of operation, which when matched with qualities of product, are a perfect fit for the “systems” within the GSA environment.

We, the operational team at Winning Brands, and we the shareholders of Winning Brands, have not travelled this road for a leisurely Sunday drive. We are on a mission to succeed in our stated goals, which are sound, achievable, and exciting. When things go wrong, we will fix them and learn from the experience. When things go right, we will learn and be stronger.

These are the core values that bind Winning Brands and its shareholders.
