Patents may or may not have made the difference in the other play with it's short lived success. I can't say, but many know the value of patents in an emerging company and also that they don't mean didly squaut in the company is not able to execute for various reasons. The patent(s) were a huge point of discussion there.

Exciting opportunities here, maybe...
