That's an emotional shift, not a fundamental
Shareholders, esspecially new ones, want nothing more then to get rich quick. They want a business to move faster then possible. They want better then perfection
Basically they don't want to believe stocks move up AND down, always.
And, "technical" shifts encompass both emotional and fundamental changes
Technical Analysis is the study of price movement.
Encompassing every piece of data known, and rumoured.
Any price movement, or non-movement for that matter, can be viewed as part of "TA"
I posted maybe a week ago that my "TA" told me that short term traders should wait for the 200ma.
IMO it's also a decent place for long termers to enter/add
In my opinion, a true investor of gte would want the job done right, not the job done quick.
There's no benefit in having a high share price unless you want to sell
