Okay, I am waiting for him to send me back over the address he wants it the samples sent to and I will forward to Eddie and let him send to SYSCO Iowa if he would like since he is currently doing business with them, I do not to bypass Eddie.

He also told me he would suggest contacting cruise lines directly (specific to cruise line business) to try the salmon as they keep products separate by vendor type. That would be the next step depending on what the feedback is from Eddie.
