If Kiley doesn't release any confirmation of this than it becomes a fraudulant claim as the press releases were deceiving and false leading to believe the acquisition was completed and distribution was increasing. Thus, I recommend calling the Kendall Law Group, LLP in Dallas Texas at 214-744-3000. They handle these types of public cases and will offer class action. I don't take being deceived lightly and hope you all wouldn't just take the loss as then they win and continue this path. I hope the best but if there's no transparency in the next week, thats my next avenue for Mr.Smart.
