Actually the office was open and the phone rang before JB was appointed CEO by MP and Gemini. No change. There was an interim CEO between MP and JB. A place holder while MP and GEMINI considered candidates.

The BOD was filled with relatively famous people. No change.Still filled with relatively famous people.

The CFO is still the same person. No change.

No significant sales of products...except the sale of an IMAGINARY and NON-EXISTANT oconology distributership...
probably illegally converted to shares after the shares became available.. No sales of ACTUAL product...NO CHANGE.
