Again your "facts" are completely wrong, .12 was never it's "going price" bud, using fair book value and simple market cap, and you can see this is easily worth $5 a share. Nasdaq doesn't allow penny stocks to uplist to it's exchange, only real companies with real income that meet the many strict requirements bud.
