Market research suggests most consumers don't drink both Coke and Pepsi interchangeably. Everything from marketing, branding, packaging/labeling, product positioning and of course taste all drive consumer choice.

How many times do consumers switch cell phone carriers? The principle use of a cell phone is all the same.
