The company had been offsetting shares in the past; maybe they're doing it again.
To merely presume it to be dilution is the easy way out.
Certainly a good question to raise in the CC.
IMO if there is no increase in the O/S, then having additional shares in the float is neither here nor there; since I have always factored O/S shares eventually finding their way into the float, anyway.
