I was not refering to the SEC and TA, but rather the staing of things to come and not happening.

IE: Music in Best Buys was stated about this time last year and still has not happened. Financials and on and on with nothing to prove any of it.

Again! If the financials were all legit and filed, they would increase the trust of investors. Whether they were good or bad, at least they would be out there.
