You are figuring the PPS on todays #s. You can't do that. You don't have the date from CGFIA that tells you the PPS to convert off of. Your misleading and lack of info is what doesn't compute!

So what PPS for CGFIA and AMNP are you working off to arrive at the .01c SP? I am using current prices for both entities since I have no way of predicting the future. Do you have concrete information to support alternative PPS for conversion?

Re the uplisting, you are the one who has repeatedly claimed that the acquisition will enable the uplisting to be effected. Presumably this is based on DD that you have done or other information you have obtained. But when it comes to this issue you are reluctant to share your DD. I have done extensive DD on this issue and found nothing to support your contention which is why I contacted this former associate.

I will let it be. As far as I am concerned an uplisting is not an automatic outcome of the acquisition - I caution others who are counting on an uplisting to verify for themselves whether the acquisition will facilitate this. If anyone finds any support for the uplisting, please share it.
