OTC Markets CEO Criticizes the SEC ACTION

Posted on dowjnes.com.

And that is exactly my point. Who will benefit from the SEC action to delist any of these Chinese companies? THE INDIVIDUAL FRAUDSTERS! The SEC would essentially be rewarding them by wiping out shareholders. Just the same way the SEC mislead US investors by permitting these companies to list without vetting the paperwork they presented. Who is the SEC working for here. The more I think of it, the more I think the SEC and some of these govt agencies really need to examine some of the stuff they do. Here you are trying to say ..OK, since we cannot get access to your documents, keep the money you already got from US taxpayers." WOuld really like another view on this because it is driving me nuts...thinking about writing to the SEC to find out what would be derived from actions like this. "Protect investors?" But you already failed, and there is residual assets here. How do you help investors to get those residual assets and recoup some losses????
