Cotton has never confirmed he has any EIA permits completed and filed with Economia. If he has, why not post for all to see? Very simple and easy and will give a big boost to SP.

Has Cotton ever bothered to do any metallurgy or a process flow sheet? Maybe that why he he's been crushing for 14 months and only a couple of shipments to show for it.

Maybe Cotton's just an operator for this mine and only gets a small percentage of profits after cost? JMO
