Pioneer Exploration posted a News Release on Wednesday, Nov 9 declaring that the deal with IBAgreen.Inc was completed.

When I saw that I decided to try and call Equities.com to get a current update on where they stand with Globetrac.

They are definitely moving forward with this deal. Right now they are completing a current audit to show the companies financial status. This could be the last major detail required by Globetrac.

I would expect the deal to be completed by month end at the latest however, we won't find any details or see news until the final agreement is reached.
