The funny thing is that this thing ought to go up today instead of down. Filing the charge is the last stage and last armour the SEC weilds. A settlement is usually reached as the company would respond and show some plan. Visit similar cases. Besides, the SEC is only using Longtop as a test case for the several Chinese firms out there that have not filed anything due to the accting issues this year. I was long 3000 and added 17000 this am
