Renegy would NOT have dealt with LLEG if it was a SCAM Company.

Renegy KNEW of this whole "fiasco" with the SEC and STILL went ahead with the deal.

We have three possible conclusions:

Renegy is a bunch of idiots who don't know that LLEG is in SERIOUS trouble with the SEC.

Renegy and LLEG are "in on the scam" together

Renegy recognizes that LLEG's situation will be ok in the long run, and decided to do business with them
