Isn't the totality of a situation a subjective call.
And someone paid Cha-Cha for her "expertise"?
Yeah . . . that "someone" would be anybody that used to (legitimately) own WaMu, before it was stolen from us, through the assistance of OUR ATTORNEY REPRESENTING OUR INTERESTS, the same attorney that would later go on to claim that we were trying to milk the estate, when it has become quite clear that RosenRAT is the one in charge of the Milking & Bilking Department.
In fairness to RATSO, he probably was concerned that shareholders would try to Milk the Estate, when RosenRAT believed that HE was the only one that should have been Milking/Bilking. After all, he was concerned for the welfare of the Estate, and did not want to see others trying to bleed this carcass to death; this was a monopoly was granted exclusively to WGM and its band of [gentlemen], and these "gentlemen" do not like to share their monopoly control over Milking & Bilking with any other people, except for other lawyers (out of professional courtesy), and even then, you have the ethical question of whether a RosenRAT can ever have the biological capability to come close to ever becoming even remotely human.
You know . . . where RosenRAT would be more akin to a sperm cell, or even spurt of sperm cells, but permanently incapable of ever becoming a human without first interacting with a female human egg. And given how this dribble of ejaculate spends 28 hours a day, billing OUR ccompany relentlessly, including holidays, weekends, bar mitvahs, high holy days, it doesn't matter, the billing must go on (just so long as those peon shareholders are not spending his (RosenRAT's), money, in asking too many questions about companies that USED to belong to Investors. And so it continues . . .
