You have one of the copies, bring it to your screen, click the right side of your mouse click on copy, pull the mosue down so it covers the doc (while holding the button down)

open here on the NHSH board and press paste:

There now you have the tools to do it yourself.

Or you can log on and ask google how to copy a note.

I can read just fine.

Remember the email has a note at the bottom that says that I am to notify you if it was sent to me by mistake. I can only assume that you must of done it that way along with the 25 others you sent it to.

Here is what it said:
