We could seriously do quite well with Sysco alone. The grocery chains suddenly don't seem as important, except that they market the brand. I would assume Sysco's clients would serve the salmon as their own and not necessarily bring out the Smoky Market brand. I guess that's not a big deal as long as we're making $$$.
