There are plenty of reasons not to use a "top tier" auditor, as they cost a ton of money. All auditors have to follow the same laws and the same rules, some might be better than others, but please don't try to insinuate that they will be somehow less "legit" if they don't hire one of the big boys.

This is a company that is owned by the 2nd biggest steel company in China, they are fully legit, and have already been approved and verified as such by Nasdaq. This isn't your typical "penny" stock, this is a legit company with major assets and revenue that's owned by one of the biggest companies in this industry. Nice try though!
