Naw, that was a planned thing. They never had any onco product planned to develope.

But Rabbie and his buddys wanted to buy CDEX shares. CDEX had already used up all the authorized shares, or had plans to use them to pay off some collaterized debt. They did that.. and had only a few thousand shares left.

So the shear holders meeting, and an additional pile of shares became available. RABBIE's bunch got their shares, gave up that IMAGINARY ONCOLOGY distributership.

There never was an ONCO distributership, nor any planned. But CDEX wanted the money that they got off Rabbie and his bunch.
They needed that money to run on.

They counted the money from the ONCO thing as REVENUE.

But actually, it was sale of shares.

QUestion..why not just borrow the MONEY from RABBIE and Friends.
Why make up that lie re ONCO?? ANSWER..They wanted it to look like they had reduced debt..AND HAD revenue coming in.

That oil man who was a member of the board saw that the whole thing could cause trouble from the SEC..so he grabbed his money back and ran away.

What was the harm?? Potential shareholders were lied to. They saw REVENUE!!
