Thank you Glob! I had sent an email to CB (prior to globs post) and ... ... ... he responded and answered a question (Things look like they are changing!) within 1/2 hour!! This was his response-

"The due diligence “fee” was to pay the lender who was going to spend time looking at the books of the target, which extended to more personal information on the principals…in India…just took longer than anticipated. New update is scheduled for Monday/Tuesday based on the findings."
