You can't compare a small struggling company, that had not established themselves before the recession hit, to other big players in the industry. They all took a big hit. Even big names closed stores, laid off workers, and discounted heavily in 2008 and 2009.

Lyric, too, started its road to recovery in 2009 with a single men's collection at Bloomingdale's. All the retailers they do business with today - Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Claire's, Walmart, Victoria's Secret, Hard Rock Hotels, hundreds of boutiques, etc. - has been accomplished in the past 2 years from nothing prior. This is the breakout point.

BTW, that other company was down 77% in December 2004 before their breakout and climb to 400M in revenue. Their PPS is up over 5000%
