Of interest to all, I just received my SECOND call concerning
my proxy. I simply told the gentleman that I was not going to vote. That I would not be sending my proxy in. He in turn told me that they would not be calling me again. I thanked him. It could be that I literally hung up on the last call
after I said "no thanks" as to why they called me back.


In any case, sounds to me like shareholders in general are not very happy with our management's proposal.
We shall see how it shakes out in the end.

Arnold and Ilene, about a year ago I did not know what side of the fence you two were on. Same with hogger during the
AVGI trial. Now I know and am very happy I had you guys pegged wrong. Nice to see others with their common sense still intact. I truly wish Giark65, Dawson123, and Investor_12
were still around. They were the best.
