structure on the web page. It shows 1.6B
O/S at end of 2010. The fins list O/S at 2B
at end of 2010.

Not sure how you misplaced almost 400M
shares. Your tax man must be very creative
to keep you out of jail.

Looks like patent was sold to his kids trust
for 1.4M or trust sold it to co.
It's not clear, but the trust benefitted.
Guess some kids have it better than others.
