On OCT 3 the shareholders update indicated that, Everything had been agreed upon, and that PIHN needed to pay a “due diligence fee” (what is a due diligence fee anyways?). Once paid it would be approximately 2 weeks for completion of the acquisition.

Per the shareholder update on 10-11-11
The fee was paid 10-11-11 (or before). Two weeks would put completion of the acquisition on 10-25-11.

Granted the update stated “approximately” 2 weeks and things would be completed,

it is now “approximately” 4 1/2 weeks past the date that the fee was paid.
