I just got off the phone with VALE (Colleen Mcloed) From her initial reaction, she had absolutely know idea who KAT Exploration was, when I asked her about the agreement. She gave me her email address and asked that I send the information to her by email, and she would look into it. Here is the email I sent her (minus her email address):

"Hello Colleen,

Thank you for taking the time to look into this. In 2010, KAT Exploration (KATX) a small exploration/mining company, issued a PR stating they had come to an agreement with VALE (VEC). Allowing VALE to exercise an option of mining KATX's property on the Bona-vista peninsula, with KATX. You can find the article / link below.

Did your company VALE (VEC) sign an option agreement with KATX, as stated in the PR?

And if an agreement was signed, can you tell me when the option expires?

Any information you can give me regarding this contract/agreement would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
