People think this is set in stone to run, why? If it were, the price would be a lot higher now.

1st of all, we don't even know if FrAUDman will file the S-1 or 10Q. Assuming he does file, how do we know the 10Q will be good? It could be another dose of FRAUD from FrAUDman with $10K in revenue, increasing expenses, and another scare that they might not secure financing to continue operations.

Next is the S-1. I own 500,000 shares. What if the spin-off and free shares are at .0001 value? All those people saying you would "double up" on this stock will be wrong and all I made was $50 from the spin-off.
