Apparently no words from Chuck makes me worry even more. Common sense tells me that this doesnt look good. Who has blocked the deal and why? Anybody has an idea. On the other hand appoitment of new bod after the deal with cs was was secretly negotiated makes me suspicious for two reasons
1. Why they waited so long to start voting, even though, there were enough votes 6 months earlier.
2. New bod had nothing prepared to counter cs deal, which previusly was indicated that they are working on it. Why there were no clarification if they ever had anything.
