Pioneer Exploration has completed the acquisition of IBAgreen.Inc for 38.5 Million shares of PIEX.

Today is the 45 day deadline for the Letter of Intent to acquire Equities.com filed in a 8-K with the SEC.

My understanding, it is still going forward however more time is needed to receive all the required information from Equities.com so the deadline will have to be extended.
