SS- Are you buying AGM this morning ?

I just bought more at $19.94. I mean four sequential qts now of increasing core earnings, and decreasing delinquincies ! $1.04 for the Sept qtr puts the stock trading at a 5 PE going forward. I think the stock is worth a 7 PE at least, so minimum 40% upside short term IMO.
