As I agree that 'insider' trading is requiring of the form 4, dilution from the company is not as it can increase the O/S to draw closer to the A/S without any prior notice. Of course a CEO can say, "I have not sold a single share." All the while the 'company' is selling shares.

Many people, such as myself, are frustrated with the length of time this has taken. However, I am going to continue to wait it out to see if this CEO is the real deal or not. In the land 'O pinkies he is assumed by me to not be the real deal until he proves otherwise.
