The Russian have more red tape than our environmental agencies when dealing with out of country entities. Mostly how they are going to control the flow of money and making sure they get their cut, which is healthy. But the oil is there an lots of it! They are also wanting to make sure the future infrastructure will be in play to assure a complete systems function. They don't want anything to fail......either way! From my understanding the Miller and Lents report has been completed.

Assuming the re-reinstatement to the previous exchange and financials submitted, the flow of information will reveal this report...?
