PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBCS--
International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS),
the parent company of IBC Radio Network, is pleased to announce that
it is now working with a professional syndication company to secure
additional AM radio stations to become IBC Radio Network affiliates.
The firm will approach up to 1200 radio stations each month on
behalf of IBC Radio Network. The west coast based firm will remain
unnamed for obvious reasons. The firm has placed clients in markets
such as Chicago, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Miami, New Orleans, Tampa, Ft.
Myers-Naples, Dallas, Boston, Los Angeles, and smaller markets in
states all over the country.

New Wi-Fi Radio Telephone Would Be the First of Its Kind and Could
Emerge as a Major Threat to the Satellite Radio Industry

International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS), announced
today that Viper Networks (OTC:VPER) is implementing technology
developed by the research and development arm of International
Broadcasting Corporation into an upcoming version of the Viper
Networks Wi-Fi VoIP phone. The joint venture between the two companies
will result in IBC Radio Network content available in each and every
Viper Wi-Fi VoIP phone. Not only will users of the Viper Wi-Fi VoIP
phone be able to make long distance phone calls but also they will be
able to listen to IBC Radio Network almost anywhere wirelessly. The
device can be carried anywhere, including the car, and as the growth
of wireless continues it could be a major threat to pay radio like
Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Radio. An output jack will allow the use
of headsets or external speaker and will make the device essentially a
portable radio set.
International Broadcasting Corporation will attempt to market the
radio device not only over the Internet but in chain stores as well.
Successful placement will translate into major revenues for both Viper
Networks and IBCS.
next CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBCS--
"The Black Knight and Squire G Show with Jay 'Capone'"
radio show (James Arthur Jancik, Gary Hermann and Jay Stephen) kicks
off a publicity push Saturday, August 28th 2pm-5pm Central with a
live, remote broadcast at the Waukegan Harbour Arts and Recreation
Festival (W.H.A.R.F.) in Jack Benny Memorial Plaza. The native
Chicagoans, whose show is syndicated by the International Broadcasting
Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS) IBC Radio Network and originates in the
Chicago area, seeks to ink a deal with a local AM or FM station. Their
zany, impromptu, stream-of-consciousness style of talk radio is well
known in Chicago, being pioneered by local legends Steve Dahl, Garry
Meier, Johnny B and Kevin Matthews, to name a few. An archive of past
live shows can be found on their website: www.bksgshow.com. Several
other live remote broadcasts are being planned.
The Aug. 28th, 2004 appearance at the W.H.A.R.F. festival in
Waukegan, IL marks the beginning of a series of live remote broadcasts
in and around the Chicagoland area to bring attention to the "Black
Knight and Squire G Show, with Jay Capone"; a nationally syndicated
radio show, originating from Chicago, but as of yet, not carried in
Chicago.
The group plans several more live remote broadcasts in the near
future which is made possible from their innovative use of wifi
technology (from www.etherdesigns.com) to beam the show via the
Internet for uplink to the satellite for syndication distribution.
After signing a syndication contract with the IBC Radio Network,
and being on the air well over a year, James Arthur Jancik, Gary
Hermann and Jay Stephen are searching for a "radio home" within the
Chicagoland area.
James remembers the likes of local talk hosts, Dave Baum, Larry
"the Legend, " Larry Lujack and Eddie Swuartz, "I have been a long
time consumer of talk radio since my single digit years... it is pay
back time!"
The show airs live, coast to coast via the Telstar 5 (KU band),
digital, "free-to-air" satellite on Saturday afternoons, 2pm to 5pm
Central time. While many stations currently have the ability to carry
the show, IBC will provide, free of charge, the satellite and dish to
stations not equipped to receive the signal, if they wish to carry
programming.
For stations that sign contracts to carry the BKSG Show, the air
personalities are available to record promos, announcements, etc. to
help advertise the show. In some cases, even make live appearances.
However, for Chicago Area radio stations, there are even more
options. The boys are available for full time, daily duty with an
interested station.
and this one with more claims of millions in revenues LOL Business Editors

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBCS--
International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS), the
parent company of IBC Radio Network, is pleased to announce that it is
now working with a professional venture capital firm to secure
sponsors. The firm has been approaching publicly traded companies on
behalf of IBC Radio Network to introduce them to "Stock Talk LIVE."
The Midwest based firm will remain unnamed for obvious reasons. The
firm has years of venture capital experience.
Daryn Fleming, President of IBCS, says, "We are pleased to be
working with a professional venture capital firm. Our unique
radio-advertising offering brings legitimate exposure to publicly
traded companies, providing a level of exposure beyond the traditional
print media and email campaigns. I see increased revenues and an
increase in the asset base for IBCS. With successful marketing, I
anticipate doing $250,000 worth of business over the next six months
and ramping up to $1 million over the next year."
all these great things and Daryn starts dumping s-8 shares? does that make sense? it does if its all lies! Daryn is starting it all over again just you wait and see!
