To be completely honest, I first noticed the amount of shares in the filing and saw the individual's name not the company name. Since it was for just over 8 million shares, I thought it was Silvergun who has said he owns about that same amount...
It is nothing we did not already know...this just broke it all down which shows it was for the bills that were explained in the filings so it make me feel better knowing what was going on...
