I'm confused... I was referring to the skeletons as unknown wrong doings by people involved with THMRQ. I expect many more to be uncovered as time goes by. I only hold common shares so I am hoping for any type of payout and possibly to play the PR pops.

As for the $35MM, I believe the top down scenario still applies, but the more the lawsuits rake in the better chance for the commons. IMO
