well I did call the nola office and Reid took the call after filtering through several layers of scrutiny.I questioned him about dloggolds findings and he stated the following.
The current filing was simply a amended filing on a 144 filing done 3 months ago.The filings are only good for 90 days according to Reid.He says he has sold no shares and is in fact buying shares at certain times and will continue to do so as sellers want to sell at give away prices.
