Jagman - Keybase is nothing but a private funding source, apparently funded by one private individual. (Go to company website and look under press releases for January 10th or 12th).

This person purchased 1,000,000 Units for $1,000,000. Each unit gave him one share of stock for $1 and 2 stock purchase warrants. One of these warrants was the right to buy 800,000 shares of IDCO at a price of 1.25 through 2005. These warrants were exercised a couple of months back when stock was about $1.25. So Keybase (this individual) now owns 1,800,000 shares which have cost him an average purchase price of $1.11. He has the right to purchase 1,200,000 more shares at a price of $1.50 per share. These must by purchased by some date in 2006.

What is equally interesting is the relationship between IDCO and Aeros Aviation (April 12th). IDCO's original intent was to buy Aeros outright for 3 to 5 million dollars. The deal worked out was obtaining all the rights, patents, etc to the Touch Star and Mini Touch star for 300,000 IDCO stock options at $1.00 per share with a 5 year time frame for exercising them. They will work together cooperatively. This appears to me to be a heck of a good deal for IDCO.

So one investor has got nearly $2,000,000 recently into the company for shares costing him $1.11, and Aeros has accepted $1.00 per share. Two different sources then see a great deal of value in this company and have put there money or company on the line.

You or I can buy the same company for .73 a share. I am hoping to pick up some more tomorrow. It is at a 35% discount to Keybase, and a 27% discount to Aeros. Looks real good to me. Waitedg
