This may be the dumbest question of all time, but does the employee shares have anything to do with this with relation to the shares going from millions to billions?

the reason I ask this is because in the SEC form S-8 for CGFIA, they issued more shares, so maybe this has to do with CGFIA anticipating 150 new employees. To accomidate the new employee share package. ???

any thoughts on that.. or is that just wishful thinking..

just trying to understand all this.. Im completely new at all the investing in's and outs.. so please excuse me if I sound like I don't know what im talking about.. because I don't.
