I agree Ovi. If someone is suggesting that Seaside will not be selling at these levels they are not being real. Yes, you bet they have the details of getting more shares if share prices collapse in the fine print. Why wouldn't they?

Seaside knows that the sp will decline as they sell. it's what they do to companies that just want the cash. All one has to do is look at the other companies Seaside has funded in a silimar fashion and what happened to their share price values.
