chade lives in CA, just assumed IR role (which i kind of thought would inevitably happen with her strong cgaq supporting posts and seeming "closeness" with ceo-fine with me). i am concerned that she is not day-to-day operations in DR, and this is not a full time job..chade, please correct me if my assumptions are wrong. by not observing cgaq in action, she will have to rely on info relayed from ceo, which concerns me. this will prove to be either a great choice or a horrendous one...i don't think chade's training is in public relations, and it may prove quite difficult for her to refrain from "over-posting". i suggest she "pick her battles" and refrain from getting emotionally involved with comments. if she does, the board will be chaos. keep it professional, short and sweet, and may be a pleasant surprise. above all, i hope she does not prostitute herself and become a cgaq yes man when she encounters areas of concern. that said, good luck and good luck! above all, speak the truth!! thx.
