Looking at the Quarterlys, it is a common pattern. Look at page 11. They had 63M shares in 2008, then it went all the way to almost a billion in 2011. Then to look like a good guy he cuts it. Sounds like what people to make something good. Ex: My food bill really costs me $200 a month, but I will budget $600, actual spent now is $400. I saved $200....WHAT?! You actually spent an addition $200. That is what is going on with the company.
There are a lot of issues with PHAR.
