They are well positioned, the best of anyone in the rare earth sector.As you may be aware, they had a group of GQD senior officials and project staff at site in South Africa a few weeks back. Technical discussions as well as senior management discussions on the agreement took place then. Those agreement negotiations are still occurring on an almost daily basis because both GQD and GWMG are both firmly committed to this deal. As we speak, two of our key operational people from South Africa are in China with GQD doing further technical evaluation at GQD's operations.
