Dwudman. I'll give you a call this week... likely tomorrow. I don't want to be perceived as negative or anything but this is new info for me! Hopefully, we can discuss it off-line.

Authorized shares for MFYS.... 500,000,000 !!!

Please correct me if I'm wrong.


I'm currently a so-called "stuck" in a pinky that issued this volume of authorized shares a while ago. I don't want to repeat the same mistake. Management couldn't keep their hands off those shares.
