It appears the REIT (Hub Properties Trust) that had owned the complex at 200 Old Country Rd in Mineola, sold it to SNH properties Trust in September.

One would think their eviction was simply due to the change of ownership, but using the phrase "consequences of longstanding disputes" in the 8-K is a curious choice of words.
