ifitlooks: LoyalPoint waived their obligation to the CoBranding Agreement by deleting all references to that in the ammended 8K of 3/1/05.

IMO, by default that terminates any previous agreement to license their "services" (IP) since the ammended 8K of 3/1/05 specifically mentions it is was ammending the 9/23/04 8K agreement where the CoBrand Agreement was first made public.

Yes, LoyalPoint did pay $5000 to do this but did they insert NEOM? I doubt it. IMO, that would be up to NEOM to do.

I'm sure they're on top of it though, if you are.
