Dan is alive!-he just called me back, and asked me to appoligize to investors for him, for not calling back. he said they had been so busy moving to the new building and something about Comcast, that he could not return the calls. Name change really soon, and that skiershop is still a done deal-the purchase of the property had to be done before skiershop could close. he said noting has changed and everything that he had talked about is still a GO. that was about it. he was super busy.
