The webcast was concise and to the point:

Points:

IND on EBOLA before the end of the year.

The money from the military will carry the Ebola tests all the way through the clinical trials. At least the company uses the money for the EBOLA testing.

Phase one Clinical Trial is selecting people for Phase One.
This is the test on the liver cancer treatment with the National Cancer Institute. That will go off in the first quarter of 2012.

The litigation will go one in 2012. That is already around six months into legals and it is expected to last one year. There could be settlements inside of that twelve month period IMHO.

If TKMR initiated that case they might be correct and a win there would send the PPS of TKMR upwards!

So if the IND on Ebola goes off this year before December 31st then they are on track as stated.

The fact that the statement of the military money will carry through to clinical trial completion is a safe statement as the cutbacks have been made for next year and this shows TKMR did not get cut so far! That is a good sign and one that I was looking for.
