I wonder if the intent includes a cusip change as well? If so, I wonder then if a RS might move our PPS to a point in meeting PPS qualifications for an uplist to a higher exchange? Ultimately, in my opinion we've got to move off the OTC in order to get away from what appears to me to be share price manipulation. JMO
